Jikiden Reiki
What is Reiki?
If you have ever heard the saying, the body heals itself, then you have come to the right place because Reiki is the catalyst for exactly this.
Reiki was developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui Sensei, a spiritual leader and an enlightened Shinto Monk.
Reiki is the Japanse word that means Soul Energy or Ki.
In India, it’s called Prana and in China Chi, the Universal Life force and the Original Energy that lives in all things.
Reiki is a powerful yet gentle and natural detox technique that creates an internal atmosphere encouraging energy to flow through all systems in the body that have become congested from stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional or physical injury whether acute or chronic.
Simply, Reiki reconnects you to our own ability to heal.
"Reiki has become a sought-after healing art among patients and mainstream medical professionals."

Why Jikiden Reiki?

Jikiden is the Japanese word that means, directly handed down. Jikiden the original method that Usui Sensei named, Shin Shin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho, which means the Usui Treatment for the Improvement of Body and Mind.
This traditional method was meticulously passed down from Sensei to the student and because this original Reiki never left Japan, the teachings remained identical to the teachings of Usui Sensei without any alterations.
In Jikiden Reiki there is also a very powerful method in which the practitioner's hands are trained to become highly intuitive and acutely attuned to feel toxic accumulations in the client's body and with this, the practitioner gains the ability to detect many different ailments and address those specific locations that need treatment.
Many of you have heard about Western Reiki which also very powerful, just very different from the traditional Japanse which comes directly from the original lineage.

What to expect in our session together
IN-PERSON SESSION (Chiryo)
Jikiden Reiki Session is a gentle non-invasive touch technique that is applied to the body on the locations that need attention and treatment.
Our Reiki session will last between 30-90 min depending on your individual needs. We begin with a short consultation prior to the session to discuss your goals.
After that, the rest is simple and the only thing you need to do is to relax on my therapy table, fully clothed as to your comfort and I will take over treating the affected regions of the body, being mindful of sensitive areas you may have.
REMOTE/ DISTANT SESSION ( Enkaku Chiryo)
As Incredible as it may seem, Reiki is profoundly effective when performed from distant locations like across town, across the country, or across the world. There are many emergency situations and inconvenient travel times when it is impossible to get to a practitioner and where distant Reiki is a perfect option.
